DIVINE HERESY Drummer Schedules Phoenix In-Store

Drummer Tim Yeung (DIVINE HERESY, ex-ALL THAT REMAINS, NILE, HATE ETERNAL, VITAL REMAINS) will make an in-store appearance next Saturday (August 22) at Raptor Guitars in Phoenix, Arizona between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

For more information, see the poster below.

"Facebreaker", the new video from DIVINE HERESY — the California-based band featuring FEAR FACTORY guitarist Dino Cazares — can be viewed below. The clip was helmed by renowned director Brian Thompson (KILLSWITCH ENGAGE) and features the band's frenetic live performance surrounded by an apocalyptic background setting.

Behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot can be viewed below.

Commented newcomer vocalist Travis Neal (ex-THE BEREAVED, PUSHED): "You are getting ready to check out our new video for the song 'Facebreaker'. First off, I would like to say this. This is my first video with DIVINE HERESY and that is a track that we all have written together and I'm super-stoked on it! The video came out amazing! Brian Thompson and his crew did a second-to-none job. It was an amazing experience for me and I cannot wait to do this again. I hope you all enjoy this shit as much as I did making it. Much love and respect. We will be seeing you all on the road this fall."

Added Cazares: "'Facebreaker' is one of the new album's most intense and in-your-face songs, so we needed a video equally as destructive and Brian Thompson was the perfect man for the job. His work on developing an apocalyptic disaster while getting the best performances out of us in front of a green screen was integral in creating a video that is unlike anything out there right now. If you want brutality, intensity and overall madness, then you came to the right place."

"Facebreaker" comes off from DIVINE HERESY's sophomore album, "Bringer of Plagues", which sold around 3,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 148 on The Billboard 200 chart. (Note: Internet/digital sales **ARE** included in the SoundScan totals.) The CD landed at No. 4 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

DIVINE HERESY's first album, "Bleed The Fifth", opened with 2,700 units back in September 2007.

"Bringer of Plagues" was released in North America on July 28 via Century Media Records.

The new offering from DIVINE HERESY also features one of the genre's most acclaimed drummers, Tim Yeung (ex-NILE, VITAL REMAINS), bassist Joe Payne (ex-NILE) and newcomer vocalist Travis Neal (ex-THE BEREAVED, PUSHED).

DIVINE HERESY teamed up once again with acclaimed producing team Dirty Icon (Logan Mader and Lucas Banker) who recently produced CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, GOJIRA and FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH.
