First, let me begin to say that this doesn’t sound too much
like the early Venom classics. However, it is still in my opinion, an in-your-face release of non-pussified metal that gets the job done to animate us listeners.

The guitars are crunchy and heavy, the drums are powerful and admirably played, and Cronos' vocals show that you don't need to growl unintelligibly to achieve an evil, haunting effect. The album contains 14 songs, especially one great opener named 'Ressurection' with very aggressive guitar work, and a great intro to what is essentially a very aggressive album, (and which is of course one of my favorite songs on this album). On the other hand, there are some weaker tracks that didn’t make me want to growl along, such as 'Disbeliever'. 'War Against Christ' has many different tempo changes, making it unusual. Still, however; it's a good trademark in the album since it sets something different to listen to with its different rhythm. Another great song is 'Pandemonium'... Which incorporates a very fast beat along with a hasty rhythm, giving us a raw feeling of great energy which stays consistent throughout the album! "Resurrection" is a worthy listen. What have you got to lose?
