Immediately following the in-store appearance, the band will head to Hank's Bar in downtown Los Angeles, where they will host a tour wrap-up party. The group's new album, "Demonoir", which was released on April 27 via Prosthetic Records, will be played in its entirety. There will be DJ sets from John Strachan (THE FUNERAL PYRE), Dan Dismal (CREMATORIUM, Church of the 8th Day) and Pete Majors (HARASSOR). There will be Colt 45 specials throughout the night, while supplies last. There's plenty of street parking and cheap lots in the area.
Hank's Bar (in the Stillwell Hotel)
840 S. Grand Ave
Downtown Los Angeles, CA
10pm-2am
21+ only!
1349 was forced to miss the first few dates of the CANNIBAL CORPSE tour due to volcanic and visa issues. The band made it over last weekend, but drummer Frost was held back. Tony Laureano (ex-DIMMU BORGIR, ANGELCORPSE, NILE) stepped in while Frost was gone.
"Demonoir", the fifth full-length album from 1349, was recorded at Studio Nyhagen, deep in the woods in Norway with Tom G. Warrior (HELLHAMMER, CELTIC FROST), who showed the greatest respect for the task and played a key role as motivator and catalyst. His technical role of the recording was that of a co-producer, but far more important was his presence and understanding of what a challenging project "Demonoir" was.
1349 is:
Ravn - Vocals
Archaon - Guitar
Seidemann - Bass
Frost - Drums
